How to Set Up a Saved Search

In Colorado’s fast-paced housing market, you want to know the moment a new home for sale hits the market. With, you can! Using saved searches, favorite properties, and email alerts, home buyers can automate their search to receive an update any time a new home that meets you criteria hits the market. Here’s how:

Step 1: Create your My REcolorado Account

From the home page, click My REcolorado Account in the upper right-hand corner. In the window that appears, you can either create a new account or log in to your existing account. Simply follow the prompts to set up your account!

Step 2: Search for Homes

Simply search homes for sale on Add any search criteria you want — bedrooms, bathrooms, price, keywords — and press the magnifying glass to perform the search. From the search results page, simply click the Save button. All of your search criteria is now saved to your account!

Step 3: Find your Saved Searches

To access your saved searches again, simply click “Saved Searches” from your REcolorado account dashboard. Here, you’ll see all saved searches in your account, as well as recently viewed searches you performed.

When you set up a saved search, you’ll receive an email with new homes for sale that fit your search criteria. Adjust email frequency from the Saved Searches section of your account.

Step 4: Favorite Properties

When you find a home you love, save it to your REcolorado account to easily come back and see it again! Simply click the heart icon from the listing details page or the search results page.

Step 5: Check your Email

Access the homes you saved under “Saved Listings” in your REcolorado account. You can also receive email updates for the homes you’re interested in. Simply click on the home and check the box next to “Send Email Updates.” If there is a price or status change on the home for sale, you’ll get an email notifying you. works even better when you use it with your real estate agent.
